La Casita Nueva

We stayed only for one night, the flat was well equipped and the terasse had a great view.

Very nice hostess. The place is very close to a small beach. The location on the island is convenient, because it is more or less in the middle of island, close to Santa Cruz. Three large supermarkets within a kilometer. Good price for such big apartment.

Looking at the photos I expected the terrace to be accessible from the apartment, but it was two floors up. As a result, we didn't really enjoy the view from our apartment, especially since the only window to the street is from the bedroom area .The second window in the kitchen is on a sort of white chimney. The view from the windows is not the apartment's strong point . Generally, the apartment is quite dark, and the artificial lighting is cold. However nice owner-hostess and good location make our stay more pleasant and that's why final mark is very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casita Nueva. We loved the location, the quiet and tidy little village. There is a beautiful little beach just a minute away from the apartments. It was never crowded like the beaches in the south. The apartments are very clean, we found everything and more we needed for our holiday. There is a large terrace on the top of the apartment from which we enjoyed the beautiful views. We always found a parking space no matter what time we arrived home. Strategically located for getting around the island. Carolina is a very kind and helpful host. I definitely 100% recommend this place to anyone who doesn't like a lot of noise!!! And we will definitely come back... Thank you so much Caroline for the Christmas present🙂🌲

Lovely place, wonderful location very clean with everything you need!

If You look for silent, peacefull localization - this place is for You. We had 2nd floor appartment. Big open terrace with beautifull view on the ocean and mountain side. Practically no noises, apart from wind, waves. Probably the best to have a car to reach apprtment and the nearby shops near the motorway. Appartment is tidy, in good price towards its presence.

Would be good to arrange air conditioning, may be even mobile unit one.
