El departamento es moderno y completo, con una sala-comedor amplia con balcones y por ende mucha luz natural, un sofá muy cómodo, televisor y un comedor para 6 personas. La cocina está en un área independiente y equipada con todo lo necesario, incluyendo lavavajillas y cafetera Nespresso. El baño cuenta con una regadera de buena presión, bidet y un espejo de cuerpo completo. La habitación, de tamaño normal, tiene balcón, cama matrimonial, clóset y aire acondicionado, el cual junto con el de la sala, mantiene el departamento a una temperatura adecuada. La ubicación es buena, a unos 15 minutos caminando de las zonas turísticas principales y las calles céntricas. Aunque está cerca del centro, no se encuentra en una zona con mucho ruido o multitudes por la noche, lo cual puede ser agradable para quienes prefieren tranquilidad. El edificio ofrece acceso a un área de spa con sauna, jacuzzi y terraza lounge, y se proporciona contacto por WhatsApp para atención rápida y directa en caso de algún problema durante la estancia.

La comunicación previa a la llegada es bastante extensa, con muchos mensajes que pueden saturar y dificultar la lectura de información importante. Aunque la atención vía WhatsApp una vez en el lugar es rápida y eficiente, se agradecería menos mensajes previos con información más consolidada. El acceso al área de spa está incluido en el precio, pero puede no ser muy aprovechable en verano debido al clima cálido, y algunos servicios como masajes y batas de baño tienen costos adicionales. En el checkout, se solicita que los huéspedes saquen y separen la basura en varias categorías, llevándola a los contenedores de la calle, lo cual no se menciona durante la reserva y puede ser una tarea adicional a considerar. Algunas comodidades anunciadas, como lavadora, secadora y gimnasio, no estuvieron disponibles ni accesibles en el departamento asignado. La limpieza es estándar: a simple vista está limpia, pero al observar con detalle se pueden notar cabellos en el baño, manchas en la ropa de cama y polvo, lo que podría indicar que la limpieza no es muy profunda.

The owner was very personable and accommodating. Having a kitchen was a huge convenience. The living and dining areas were very spacious.

I want to highlight some positive aspects: - Very good location - The room was very clean - Everything you need is provided: kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, sofa, table - basically everything you could possibly need - Clear instructions: upon check-in, you receive a link with recommendations on places to visit, how to check in, where to rent a bike or a car, etc - I found this really convenient

The spa is supposed to be the main highlight of the hotel, but booking it was a real challenge every time. On the first day of our arrival, the lock was broken, and we couldn’t get in touch with the administrator to properly reserve access - our attempts were often ignored. The next day, the administrator was on vacation altogether. After check-out, the spa is only available for an additional fee and only if you manage to catch the administrator. (We had late evening flight and check-out is max 11:00, but they pushing you to check-out early) The spa area itself, especially the outdoor zone, is quite nice. However, the barbecue was not working, and the jacuzzi is old and poorly maintained, with a warning sign limiting use to 15 minutes. Additionally, the spa is located between someone else's room and a sun terrace, so expect to see strangers walking through the area regularly. The dishes in the room were very clean and plentiful, but the ones provided in the spa area were worn and dirty, and we couldn’t use them. Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout the hotel. In our room, we could only connect to the 2.4 GHz network, which was quite slow. The 5 GHz network did not work at all, and in the spa area, neither network was available. I am leaving this review with a negative rating because the hotel promotes the spa as its main attraction, which turned out to be far below expectations. I would rate their communication with guests a 2 out of 10.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—just steps from bars, restaurants, supermarkets, corner shops, the central market, and the cathedral, with easy access to the main shopping streets. It’s also only about a 10-minute walk to one of the city’s main avenues, where you can catch buses to the Centre of Arts and Sciences and the beach. Our hostess was very welcoming—she kindly stored our luggage and gave us access to the spa area (with sauna and hot tub) and the rooftop garden, which was a lovely bonus. The living room is spacious and cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a nice touch of a bottle of cava on our arrival and bottles of wine were available for purchase--a real bonus after a long trip. The wifi is a good speed for remote working and the neighbourhood is safe to walk around.

While we really appreciated the fantastic location, we did find that it came with a fair amount of noise, especially in the evenings. The apartment is close to a live music venue, which meant late-night crowds gathering and dispersing well past midnight. There’s also a restaurant just outside the bedroom window, which made it hard to keep the space quiet or open to light and air--had to keep the curtains closed. In terms of cleanliness, the apartment wasn’t quite up to the standard we expected. There was visible dust under the bed and on some surfaces, and the oven had crumbs left from the previous guest. Additionally, the bed was not particularly comfortable, which made it harder to fully relax during our stay. Overall, while the location and amenities were excellent, some improvements in cleanliness and comfort would really elevate the experience.

The spa facilities are run down and not private - we were disturbed three times during our booked timeslot. Not great when you're in a bikini. The rooms weren't cleaned in the corners and underneath furniture and we had a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. It doesn't state anywhere that you have to ask for bedding for the sofa bed - I thought booking for 3 people would have informed the host of that. So there wasn't any when we arrived and we felt like we were being told off for not communicating that we needed it.

Perfect location if you decide to stay in city centre and enjoy the atmosphere. Spacious, beautiful apartment with all the amenities.
