Ubicación y que tenga plaza de aparcamiento a pocos metros es un plus importante.

Al apartamento le falta algo de mantenimiento, paredes manchadas, elementos de cocina oxidados, cortina de baño y de dormitorios muy sucia en los bajos. Debería mejorar las camas que son muy duras y las almohadas super bajas.
