ONLINE CHECK-IN AND ACCOMMODATION ACCESS To ensure a fast, secure, and fully autonomous arrival process, all guests are required to complete the online check-in and traveler registration prior to their arrival, in accordance with current regulations. Once registration is complete and the booking has been verified, guests will receive instructions on their mobile phones regarding how to independently collect the keys from one of our secure lockboxes. The accommodation features a self check-in system; therefore, in-person key handover is not required. Guests who wish to receive in-person assistance with completing the online check-in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM must request this service in advance; availability is subject to confirmation. This personalized service incurs a surcharge of €30. Additionally, should a guest request an in-person, hand-to-hand key handover instead of using the autonomous access method, an additional surcharge of €30 will apply. These measures allow us to offer a more flexible, rapid, and secure access experience for all guests. A deposit may be required at the property.
