It was a quite flat, well located to visit the old town.

The staff service exceptional. lodging was clean. clothes washer was practical and served us well. wifi stable.

bathroom needs renovating. shower base leaked. no coffee machine/Keurig, nespresso.. fridge left water on the top shelf. missing enough lighting. lamp plug broken.

Its location

Not getting any answer on the telephone number provided by Booking. It was stressful.

Address in Boking.com is not correct (it is not calle Rafael Bordador ojeda as written in Booking.com, but calle Rodriguez Bordador ojeda) therefore it was impossible to find it in car navigation or Waze.

This apartment is in a quiet side street in the San Julian area of Seville. It was a good spot to base yourself to explore with the city centre with most major sights within a half hour walk. The nearest bus stop is about 7 mins walk away. The terrace on the top of the building has a great view over the city. Seville is a lovely city and well worth a visit! The local police were patient, polite and helpful! (See below)

The company that operates the flat communicated with us by Whatsapp (so did most hosts on this trip) as well as Booking.com messages. This appears to have caused a communication issue with them that resulted with us stood outside the property for nearly two hours, despite several attempts to contact them through their contact numbers by myself and also customer services at Booking.com. It was only after the local police arrived (they were handing out parking fines, but tried to contact the host and checked for us that they were a genuine company) that we were contacted by the key holder. She arrived 10 min later and let us in. The details she gave us for the parking spot were incomplete not giving the parking bay number. (Apologies to Antonio, who had our rental car parked in his spot for four days!) The fridge in the apartment was broken, the door didn't shut so food could not be kept cold. The double bed's frame squeaked so badly every time I turned over it woke me up.

Very clean place, comfortable beds, kitchen had almost everything we needed. We like that wine glasses were also available 😊

Location not too bad still in an old town and has nice surroundings and things, but all main tourist attractions a bit further, but we didn't mind, cause Sevilla is beautiful.

The apartment was very clean, very well appointed and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street just 15-20 minutes on foot from the monumental area (cathedral, Alcazar, city hall etc.). There's a lift to get to it (second floor). It's great to have a garage even if located five minutes on foot from the apartment. We arrived in the middle of the night and managed to enter with the keys left in a locked box with a code to open it sent to us. Instructions very detailed with videos sent to us, so great host!

If you have a big car the garage can be a problem because it is quite narrow. I had to do several manoeuvres to get in and even more to get out of it.

The property is in a our view in a very good location, within the old town, but a bit apart from the main streets, which makes this a very quiet location. We did sleep really well, pretty much undisturbed by any noise as the neighbourhood is really quiet. The apartment is around 15 to 30 minutes walk from the center (las "setas" and the "Catedral" respectively), but the walk into the town center is really pleasant, as it is all through Sevilla old town narrow streets. It is very close to "La Macarena" (10 mins walk) and "El palacio de las Duenas" (5 mins), two visits that you cannot miss "outside the main touristic area". It is also close to various bakeries (Hornos), supermarkets, traditional local markets and bars if you want to go for some tapas with the locals. All are 5 to 10 mins max. The apartment is ample and comfortable and has more than enough for a pleasant stay. The wi-fi worked really well, and even watched some movies at night on the laptop without any problem (it was indeed far better than the one we have in the UK). The kitchen is fairly well equipped and we cooked various days and had breakfast most days there. We bought some fresh bread from a local bakery, ripened tomatoes and olive oil, and had nearly every day fresh local bread with olive oil and tomato. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, so we basically took clothing for half of the period we stayed there to minimise our luggage, and did some washing there. If you plan to do so, bring some tablets for the dishwasher and the washing machine so that you do not need to buy a full box there. The property has also a parking lot within 5 mins walking distance, but be mindful if you are planning to drive there as the streets in the old town are narrow and the access to garages and parking spaces could be tricky. We hired a medium size car (Ford Kuga), and that is probably as large as you can manage comfortably in the area.

Nothing really. We had a little issue with the payment, which was in the end resolved through the apartment renting company.

Apartment was clean in quiet neighborhood. Maria made it easy and thanks for all advice and parking spot. La Marcarena is a great location with Alcazar/Cathedral walk about 23 minutes.

Very little to not love. Again, thanks for parking near the apartment yet leave your car and walk this lovely city.
