Great location, clean, super friendly host

A bit cold surprisingly but actually helpful for the heat! Just a bit chilly for January holiday

We had a few problems with the toilet not working but resolved quickly

Very comfortable studio apartment with all the amenities. Location was fantastic. 2 mins to the beach . Bars and restaurants are all close by . Darius was a pleasure to deal with and collected us and dropped us to the airport for a reasonable fee. Would be happy to stay here again .

No housekeeping. To be fair we knew this as it was self catering. But we stayed for 11 nights and could have done with a change of bed linen and towels . We didn't ask so this may be available. There is a bar close by that plays music quite loudly all day until midnight. Something to be aware of . No air-con . Ceiling fan only . We bought a fan .

It was self catering,location was good in some aspects as everything was close by but there’s a bar very close so very noisy until late into the night also the workmen started work doing something to the property at 7:30 in the morning so not a lot of sleep .

On arrival at the property it’s called sunset harbour where we booked sunset seaview so had problems thinking the taxi had dropped us at the wrong place so that caused problems also very noisy as there are bars a few metres away which are open well into the night with loud music also builders starting work at 7:30 am doing work to the property which I know is unavoidable so not somewhere we would go back to

Excellent location. All the facilities needed were in the apartment.

No air-con but there is a ceiling fan and the balcony is under shade.

Just spent 5 nights in the lovely studio apartment, just wish it could have been longer. The studio is really well appointed and has everything you need, also very clean. The pool areas are lovely as well. The booking process was really easy, Rita replied very promptly and also arranged for Darius to collect us & take us back to the airport, which was great. The location is great too, ideal for walking to Las Americas or La Caletta, with lots of lovely places to eat and drink along the way. We hope to stay again!
