Catalina Beach House by Cassai

We loved the decoration and the space we had, it is a warm and cosy big appartement. The terrasse and barbecue is a very appreciated plus :)

The fact that the main bathroom has no door and the light in the morning but it’s completely okay for few days.

The house is really beautiful, placed right on the seaside.

The wi-fi didn't work. The air conditioning worked somehow. The house has room for 6 people but the main bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom and it doesn't have a door.

Not enough light in all the rooms. Most bulbs were too small. We could not read our books.

We have stayed here before, good location close to the port and small beach.

The beds had broken mattresses already last year, this year were 4 beds out of 6 impossible to sleep in in spite we have put two mattresses on top of each other it felt like sleeping in a bathtub. One of the toilets has broken flushing system - as well from the previous years so we were not able to use the upper bathroom. The property is also not suitable for older people because of the staircase. Only one bedroom has window so it is also an issue when you want to use the appartment in full capacity because because the aircon unit is located in the living room. Busy restaurant is locates just opposite so very noisy till 12 pm and smell of fish from the bottom sushi place which was opened this year.

Loved the perfect location.

The pillows and bed covers were very uncomfortable. Also the two bedrooms with single beds had no air-conditioning, making them not great at night.

It is beautifully decorated. And 10 meters to the beach.

The fridge is so noisy it woke us up by night. There is only one ensuite bathroom in the main floor. It has no door or window. Perfect views from the bed to the wc.

Cozy warm apartment with great view, location is very good, easy to reach, supermarket and brunch of restaurants options nearby, it’s easy for everything

Loved the location and style of property

Bed was uncomfortable (very hard), I requested a cot but never got one

it was a beautiful place spacious and stylish.
