Apartment was fantastic, in quiet location but close to all the attractions. Good choice of restaurants nearby if don't want to go to centre.

Very stylish, brand new and very clean apartment. We were 4 people and it was very comfortable. Location is at very nice neighborhood with nice restaurants close by. Very silent area at the same time. We walked to the city center easily (500 meters distance only). Apartment has an indoor parking as well. We loved the apartment and stayed 4 nights. Host was very responsive. We would stay again if we visit Sevilla.

El apartamento es realmente hermoso. Está bien pensado, es muy cómodo y agradable. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía placentera. La ubicación está muy bien también, a pocos minutos andando hacia los puntos de interés. Instrucciones claras, personal amable y sistema de cierre práctico. ¡Muy recomendable!

No he encontrado puntos negativos. Por decir algo, advertir que es un duplex, por lo que no sería apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

Excellent location.

The guest probably wanted to automate the process, but there is too much communication and information about check-in. It would also be desirable for the door to have a handle on the inside, because it is very stressful if your key is left somewhere and you cannot open the door, especially if you only have one key. The space is large and spacious, but the rooms are without doors, so you can hear everything. And it would be good if there were pots for cooking.

This is a very spacious apartment. There are 2 floors.

- only one toilet/bathroom - the master bedroom in in the open space/ no intimacy
