La casa è bella, pulita , in un’oasi di pace.. dotata di tutti i confort.. l’unica cosa è che dista un bel po’ dal centro di Ibiza e dalle spiagge principali.

"Fijne, rustige accomodatie met uitzicht op zee"

Heerlijke rustige locatie dichtbij de zee. Vriendelijke eigenaren die uitstekend voor en tijdens ons verblijf communiceerden. We mochten aangeven hoe vaak we de accommodatie wilden laten schoonmaken tijdens ons verblijf. We zijn heel tevreden en komen graag terug!

"EIVISSA 2025 - Casa Ribas 2.0"

Ein freundlicher und hilfreicher Empfang. Die Fincas sind auf den ersten Blick klein, bieten aber alles was es braucht. Genügend grosse Räume inkl. Küche, welche bereits top modern eingerichtet ist. Es stehen Schirme für den Strand, Wäscheständer für die Badetücher zur Verfügung. Nebst dem Tisch auf der Terrasse gibt es zusätzlich eine Sitzlounge und Liegestühle. Das Haus ist Alarmgesichert und das Auto kann vor dem Haus parkiert werden.

Es gibt aus unserer Sicht kaum etwas, was uns nicht gefällt, sonst wären wir nicht bereits zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Einzig die Lage in Bezug auf Erreichbarkeit der verschiedenen Orte ist nicht optimal, da ein wenig ausserhalb. Dafür hat man die komplette Ruhe ausser dem Zirpen der Grillen.

"Perfect for us."

This quiet, private little home was perfect for our family of four. Far enough from the neighbors that if the kids got a little loud they didn’t disturbed anyone. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean.

"Unbelievable value for money and super efficient service"

Great location - 10 mins walking to the beach and same 10 minutes walking to the main hotel area with the swimming pool. Also can drive there in 2 minutes. Well appointed apartments. All consumables supplied and replenished.

Wiring and cabling can be neater.
