Very clean and in a good location, plenty of hot water and a helpful host

Very noisy with yappy little dogs barking and a smoker in the apartment below who thought it was acceptable to cough, clear his throat and spit constantly

The location was spot on, so close to amenities and the beach. Beautiful apartment, nice and clean. Susanne was lovely and always there if I needed.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but that was my personal preference and no fault of the apartment or owner.

The room was exceptionally clean, the mattress was comfy, the bathroom was tidy and the towels were provided. I liked the kitchen equipment, it was very rich, fully suitable to prep a proper meal. I also notice that the host was always helpful, a few times we had minor issues with electricity and the help came immediately. Thank you for your kindness! The location is that the beach is 300 m from the stay, so very nice.

Location, Puerto del Carmen, is a very busy neighbourhood, full of extremely loud bars and pubs and tourists. I was not expecting this loudness in the low season, but you need to be prepared that you basically can't hear the waves of the ocean, because of the drums and parties everywhere. If that's what you wish for - enjoy! :)))

Great communication with the owner/host and a lovely clean well equipped apartment. Quiet area and it even had a seaview.

Comfortable, clean apartment in excellent quiet location, but just a few minutes stroll to the seafront and numerous restaurants. Apartment well equipped, with coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, fridge etc. Terrace was large with two sun beds, table and chairs, South facing so very sunny. Host was very attentive and responded to messages very quickly.

The only minor item, of little importance, was that one had to hold the shower head, it wasn't fixed to the wall.
