The accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from the beach. Calp beach is very nice. Restaurants and shops are very close.

I think the review given on the booking.com website is exaggerated and somewhat misleading. Cooking options are limited as there are few utensils available. The owner is helpful, but it takes time. There are boxes in the living room. The cost of mandatory cleaning is not commensurate with cleanliness and maintenance.
