Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem, was es für kurzen Aufenthalt nötig war, ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super. Kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Dabei läuft man über die historische Brücke und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über den Fluss Guadalquivir. Unmittelbar neben der Wohnung ist ein Supermarkt. Das ist super. Die Kommunikation lief super. Jose war sehr schnell mit den Antworten. Der Zugang in die Wohnung verlief auch reibungslos.

Doof ist, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Mit schweren Koffern sind die steilen Treppen ins erste OG sehr mühsam. Die Dusche ist auch eng. Großen Bewegungsspielraum gibt es nicht. Und die Jalousie des Schlafzimmers sollte repariert werden. Direkt von der Wohnung gegenüber ins Schlafzimmer schauen zu können, ist störend, obwohl nie jemand das gemacht hat.

Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a building on a lovely street. Really well equipped, very clean and the beds and sofa were really comfortable. The outdoor terrace space is lovely too. It's very well situated with a supermarket next door and lots of cafes and bars on the street. The landlord was great, very helpful and accessible. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again

The only thing worth mentioning for info is the stair case is circular so may cause issues for someone with mobility problems. It's on the first floor and there aren't many stairs but there is no bannister to hold on the right hand side

It was a lovely spacious and well equipped apartment. Great location close to some excellent tapas bars and walking distance to many attractions. It was nice to have some outside space with a table and chairs. José the host was easy to contact and accommodating in allowing us a later check out.

It wasn’t the cleanest the bathroom especially. The shower didn’t work properly . A kettle would be good and possibly some information and recommendations.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was modern & well-equipped. The neighborhood offered many shops & restaurants. Walking to historic sites was possible. The host was responsive to our needs.

The bathroom was small and the shower had a malfunction. The lighting in the hallway leading to the apartment could have been better.

We found the location excellent in nice suburb. Short distance to river and city centre walkable. Nice apartment with big backyard
