-Lockers service available in the building. -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 € -Pets under 10kg allowed on request (additional charge 20€). -This apartment is equipped with an alarm system Securitas Direct with camera. Alarm which is totally disconnected when guests are in the apartment. This one is located in the living room facing the front door. -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged 12 per unit. - A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00, After 20h00 you will have a 20€ extra fee After 00:00 (midnight) you will have a 30€ extra fee After 1h:00 (am) it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 20€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€. - Hospitalet (Barcelona) city tax not included: 1€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
