cozy, modern, clean, small apartment but all you need is there ! owner / staff so friendly and helpful !

parking situation is not so easy. you have to plan some extra costs.

This is the most wonderfully thought out apartment, not one thing I could improve. Full size fridge and freezer, great oven & hob.There is even a washing machine! The bed is super comfy and the little sitting room area is another design triumph. The hosts were absolutely charming and so helpful letting me store my bags on the last day. 100% will be back. The best apartment you could wish for

It is a very comfortable studio with good amenities. The bed was cozy and the kitchen wall was reasonably well equipped. The staff were easy to communicate with and responsive via WhatsApp text. The location was convenient.

We arrived late and didn’t have a chance to purchase water and there was none offered in the apartment for at least the first night. There was a sign in the apartment that the tap water is safe but it didn’t taste good and a local told us not to drink it. There is a specialty coffeemaker that requires the use of a certain type of pods. We were provided with 2 for staying 3 nights so if we want to use it again we would have had to hunt for them on a weekend. For all the good things about this apartment, not having enough coffee and a leaving a couple of starter bottles of water would have made it special.

Not only the owners of the apartment, but also the apartment itself were warm and welcoming. As a single mum, travelling alone with my kid I felt safe, comfortable and knew that I could always count on the wonderful owners for help. 😊

This apartment offers everything you need for a trip to Gran Canaria. Juan is very friendly owner who was always available and flexible according arrival and departure times. The apartment is perfectly located in the middle of the town and thanks to the bikes that are available, we were able to cycle along the water to the old part of town. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need (well equipped kitchen, beach towels, even an umbrella...). We loved our stay here!

On Friday and Saturday night we woke up a few times due to noise from some kind of pub across the street. But that may be the price you pay for such a good location in a lively city ;)
