La casa muy cómoda y mucha tranquilidad alrededor y todo muy limpio y ordenado, me encantó toda la casa y la terraza..

Me hubiese gustado que pudiera usarse la piscina

Siamo stati benissimo, patty la persona che ci ha accolto è stata davvero gentile e premurosa con noi, sempre pronta ad aiutarci e attiva nel rispondere immediatamente tramite WhatsApp alle nostre necessità. Il posto è vicino all’aeroporto ed è situato in un buon punto per raggiungere ogni parte dell’isola. Siamo rimasti talmente contenti che abbiamo già prenotato per ritornare a dicembre a presto.🤩😍

Una casa accogliente che soddisfatta ogni necessità.

Apartment was very nice and clean, all the immunities we needed but the complex around, it was very outdated, needed a lot of maintenance we were informed the pool wasn't accessible but it made the area look run down.

Walked in and it's exactly as shown on website. Kitchen was extremely well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoy cooking and baking so this was really important. The beds are very comfortable and Patricia who cares for the property is a very nice person and looked after small issues very quickly. Plenty of space inside the apartment and bedrooms are ensuite making it suitable for us both. Plenty of storage space and all appliances like hairdryer, iron etc were all working. The terrace furniture is comfortable and terrace had good privacy. Lots of books to read. Good communication from the owner and also her Mother & Father who arrived for their stay next door. Very helpful at check out. We would be happy to stay here again.

The pool was not open 😒 it's scheduled for repair, this was a big issue for me as our stay was exercise and physiotherapy rehabilitation even in a cold water pool. It's obvious that the concrete all around the pool and entrance needs repair, making it difficult to push heavy luggage. There are only french tv channels. A vacuum cleaner is really necessary as we had 2 calimas (dust storms) and lots of wind and dust settles everywhere inside. The normal sweeping brush raised more dust so we had to clean surfaces regularly. Needed to move furniture on terrace to follow the sun 🌞 as we had no option to sunbath by the pool. Only one night disturbed by other guests, 3am party and a few early check outs.

Patrizia greeted us at the house. She was very nice and helpful. The place is nice and quiet with all the kitchen utilities one would need. Very clean

We asked for sun loungers. The owner of the property would not provide them to us. She also was looking for €200 deposit.The swimming pool was also closed. Which we did not know until she had taken the money from the bank. We were there for two weeks and couldn’t lay out in the Sun had to go across to our hotel and pay to sit out. Flat is good and well-located if you want to explore the entire island, it's almost in the middle of Fuerteventura. It has a lot of stuff, plenty of kitchen supplies, dishwasher, even iron and hairdryer (which is not the case sometimes). A lot of stuff for kids are available in the wardrobes.

Flat requires a bit of renovation - a lot of walls have scratches or bumps. 1 pillow had some stains. Besides this the Wi-Fi connection is very poor, I doubt if that was at least 1mb/s. Cellular connection wasn't perfect either. And the pool wasn't working (it was supposed to be on renovation but no work is being done).

Very clean spacious small complex quiet wen we were there

Shower was bit temperamental had to run for 5mins before hot .and worked wonderful wen no one else on complex using water so later in morning after 8.30 am
