"Great choice for staying in Valencia"

The apartment was spotless clean, nicely furnished and well located. The windows are noise-proof and we could sleep well and undisturbed. The host kindly sent me all the instructions for the check in and check out together with some useful tips and information about Valencia including places to visit and restaurants. It is definitely a place I would recommend for your stay in Valencia!

This is really not a big deal, but you need to wait 1 or 2 minutes to get hot water when taking shower. As I said, this is really not a huge problem considered that the apartment was lovely and it got everything one needs.

"Perfect for families and couples"

Super recommended! Away from the chaos but still so central. Top Location. We roamed Valencia for 6 days, the location is unbeatable. Safe, family-friendly, not chaotic and noisy like in other areas. Walk, bike or cab to anywhere. Cabs are cheap, better than taking the bus. Downstairs there is a top-rated creperia and nearby a great empandas place - Valentina. Supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. We love the house, so comfy and so clean. The bedroom bed ia comfy. Enough space for a family of 4. It has a perfectly working kitchen, laundry machine and a flat iron too. Aura, the owner, is very nice and responds quickly. If you wish to cook, super doable, just buy things you need like oil, salt, pepper what-nots. Bring your toiletries too.
