Mucho ruido por obras en la calle en horarios de descanso y por el recolector de basura. No es responsabilidad del propietario del apartamento

Ideal para pasar unos días en la capital. Las chicas encargadas son muy agradables y nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas.

La zona está en obras, de modo que durante el día hay un poco de ruido, pero es ajeno a lo que son las instalaciones en sí.

It's well located

It's a first floor appointment towards the street. So it is very noisy and it's not possible to open the blinds unless you want the people who walk on the sidewalk look inside. Also the appartement next door is only separated by a regluar door (it used to be one apartment) so when the people from the other apartment talk it sounds like they are in your room. Also the coffee table is broken, so it's kind of dangerous because it's a glass put on a table and it's not fixed and there are no bowls or soup plats.
