La beauté des lieux, le calme et la tranquillité à cette période de l'année. Logement spacieux pour un couple Belle propriété avec piscine et solarium

La mauvaise insonorisation du bâtiment, gênant lorsque les logements attenants sont occupés. Équipements un peu vieillots, manque de chaises longues.
