La ubicación, limpieza y encanto del edificio en sí.

Tienen un grave problema de humedades que hace que las instalaciones no estén, para nada, a la altura de lo que cuesta hospedarse en el mismo. Los enchufes están descolgados de la pared, las paredes con humedad o muy descascarilladas debido a esta patología. Es un apartamento muy cuco, pero con este problema que tiene no considero que han de pedir los precios que piden… Además el grifo de la ducha es termo regulable y no funciona bien. Es muy difícil que el agua no salga súper caliente. Nos quemamos varias veces y no es posible que salga más templada.

El apartamento no cumplía con unas condiciones mínimas para ser utilizado , cables sueltos, paredes que se deshacían de la humedad, la placa de ducha no estaba en condiciones higiénicas, las sábanas manchadas, lo cual comuniqué a la dueña, la estancia no ha resultado como esperábamos, y por último la puerta de acceso al edificio en pésimas condiciones, en definitiva nos ha defraudado el apartamento ofertado por Booking.com. Un saludo

La ubicación, el contacto con el Host era muy bueno y oportuno

Tiene mucha humedad, sin embargo se esmeran or tener todo limpio y ordenado pa que no se sienta tanto el problema de la humedad
