Lo cogimos por la ubicación y por ser muy espaciado ya que éramos 6.

Tuvimos una plaga de cucarachas y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche por estar matándolas. A pesar de ello el casero nos ofreció en cuánto pudo soluciones y nos vinieron a fumigar. Sin embargo, el problema continuó a pesar de la fumigación y tuvimos que abandonar el apartamento. Por lo menos nos devolvieron todo el dinero. Además de el gran problema de las cucarachas, hay una obra justo enfrente que no deja dormir, un olor a humedad un poco insoportable y algunos desperfectos que podrían arreglarse.

Cercanía y comodidad para desplazamientos a puntos de interés.

Falta de enseres, escasos y rotos. Mucha humedad y olor y le hace falta algún retoque a zonas que están muy deterioradas. También, aunque es ajeno a la propiedad, podrían avisar de que enfrente y al lado hay dos obras qué a las siete de la mañana te van a poner en pie y no te van a dejar descansar

was very cold in January inside, sheets had stains on, shower had limited hot water, noisy with building works

Do not book this apartment. Nice apartment But we were not warned about the building works opposite. would never have booked it if we had known

Avoid this apartment. It is opposite a building site. We were woken every morning at 7 am by a huge amount of noise, drilling, and digging, and also a lot of dust which filled the apartment even with the windows closed. Impossible to sleep after 7am.

Location was good.

The appartment was not very clean. A lot of stains were found on sofa, bed sheets etc. A pedestal fan was provided but it was not very stable to stand and also air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the entire appartment. A sort of blue dust was under the rug in the leaving room, my daughter decided to clean them using a brush but immediately my husband started sneezing, his chest felt tightened and he found very hard to breath, although he does not suffer from hay fever, asthma or heart problems. The whole two nights he could not sleep because of breathing problems. It came to a point when I started insisting him to go seek some medical help. He was not sure where to go but every few hours he had to use my son's asthma inhaler. Luckily we had it otherwise God knows what will happen. Two days later we are back in UK and currently waiting at A&E in our local hospital to see a doctor.

The Wifi was free and It worked good The bed was fantastic
