"Cleanliness needs to improve, but cozy stay."

Host was very welcoming and helpful. There is a washer/dryer, which is very useful.

Strong smell of moisture. Towels were with stains. The utensils in the kitchen were not cleaned. Didn’t feel comfortable with things being unsanitary.

"Fun & Surprisingly Quiet Apartment in the Center of Everything!"

The best part of this stay was our host, Jorge! Jorge clearly loves Torremolinos and is eager to help visitors fall in love with it as well. From his warm welcome to his candid advice, we were happy to have him as our host, and we loved the urban nature of the location. If the central location concerns you about noise, don't let it! Though this many-unit property is in the middle of a busy touristic section, you don't hear anything after 23:00. Of the many places we stayed on this trip, this one felt most like we were really living in Spain!

Jorge is a very good host communicative and helpful. The place is well equiped. The location is centered but not noisy and 10 minutes walk from the beach.

The water heater wasn't working and was making noise. The bathroom didn't have any shower gel or shampoo.

Jorge lovely happy man, met us & showed us around. Location fantastic just off main avenue near train station, but quiet location away from bars etc., very near lift to the beach which if you are an older visitor is a must.

Noise from water tank/boiler and/or air conditioning unit, didn't sleep very well even when both switched off, constant noise.....some noisy neighbours slamming doors & construction work ongoing in a downstairs shop which was very noisy. Needs to be painted etc., looking a little shabby in places. Very small, would not suit a family.

Good location , close to everything. Comfy bed and pillows.

Constant sound of running water from hot water service. Door to balcony hunges need servicing
