El mirador del Mentidero

La ubicación.

Es un tercero sin ascensor y con unas escaleras poco cómodas, demasiado empinadas en el último tramo. La entrada da un mal aspecto, con la puerta estropeada y sucia, y la pared totalmente desconchada. El apartamento necesita una mano de pintura.

Het is ruim appartement met 2 terrassen. Bij het bovenste terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de stad De inrichting is functioneel met mooie tegels uit Andalusië. Al het benodigde is aanwezig. Het appartement ligt aan een sfeervol plein. Door de bomen op het plein heb je veel privacy op het terras.

Door de restaurants op het plein was het af en toe rumoerig maar dit gaf geen problemen om te slapen omdat de slaapkamer op een goede plek ligt en er een rolluik is.

Location was great!! Private Rooftop patio. Living space very comfortable.

ZERO kitchen condiments/staples - typically we see a few coffee pods, sugar packets, tea bags, a large bottle of water. All very simple to include. No ice cube tray. Gotta have some level of fitness to manage 3 floor walk up with bags.

Great apartment with everything you need. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Easy access to attractions and beach. We are very happy with our stay. Gracias

Location - central and easy to walk around, near a busy plaza but not noisy in the flat Patio is a nice addition and great to relax in, with an upstairs area to get more sun Keyless system is convenient for leaving the flat Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and large fridge freezer

TV was damaged on arrival which made watching in the evening quite difficult Washing machine but no detergent provided. Was not worthwhile to buy a large bottle for only a 3 day stay but also couldn't do a wash without. Toilet was small and difficult to place day to day items and move around after showering etc.

The apartment is great, the square below is lovely, and the situation is perfect for exploring Cadiz. Great roof terrace too. The owner was very helpful, communicative, and accomodating. My wife and I have stayed twice before and hope to do so again just as soon as we get the chance.

Perfect location yet silent nights at the very pleasant plaza de mentidero. The apartment was great with its own terrace + view over Cadiz… I really enjoyed my stay here.

Nothing to not like…

Wonderful apartment with a spectacular view. We loved how much light you have in the apartment and how your the bustling life from down on the plaza on your terrace, but once you close the windows it‘s very quiet.
