Guardamino Dúplex Suite Apartment

Posizione centralissima, ottimo per girare Siviglia a piedi. Appartamento nuovo, con tutto il necessario, macchina del caffè, lavatrice e tutto per cucinare come a casa. La terrazza e l'aria condizionata (ad agosto essenziale)sono il non plus ultra. Veramente consigliato!!

Ongelooflijk fijne plek om te verblijven in Sevilla. Vriendelijk en soepel contact met de verhuurders, heerlijk terras met buitendouche waar je lekker kan afkoelen en relaxen. Toplocatie midden in de gezellige Tapas restaurantjes sfeer die Sevilla zo rijk is. Kortom echt een aanrader voor een koppel vakantie!

Verbeter puntje is het gebrekkige servies. Weinig bordjes en kommetjes, geen broodmes of schilmesje, maar 1 drinkglas etc.

Lovely clean, modern apartment in a great location. Right next to the tapas bars, sights and a couple of bars if you feel the need to carry on after eating (quiet within the apartment).

La ubicación es muy buena. A 5 mins andando de la Catedral y en pleno centro. Estaba muy bien equipado y la llegada fue sencilla, encontrando súper fácil la manera de entrar al alojamiento

Las escaleras tanto del edificio como para acceder al piso de arriba son demasiado inclinadas y, al ser de caracol, dificultan mucho la subida y bajada de equipaje. Si hay algún problema de movilidad, no es nada aconsejable el lugar

Location is amazing! Right in the middle of multiple squares with bars and restaurants and shops. We loved the location and even though it was very bustling and noisy well into the evening, it did not really bother our sleep much as it’s pretty sound proof. The communication with the staff went well. The decor and furniture in the apartment was lovely. Having a bathroom on the main floor in addition to the full bathroom on the second floor was very nice. Apartment came with full kitchen although we did not use it.

It took a couple days to get the AC working well enough to actually cool the apartment down (we also arrived and it was 42 degrees so I think exceptionally hot for beginning of June?). The apartment stairs are very steep both entering the apartment and inside as others have mentioned but it didn’t bother us too much. The smell in the bathroom isn’t ideal, it was a mix of sewage smell and perfume and neither were good, the bathroom was the least appealing part. Also only got left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 5 days - however the communication was easy and they did bring some over eventually.

The flat is in a very good location, central and close to all attractions. Forniture are new and stylish. very nice balcony on the upper floor.

There is an awful smell coming from the bathroom on the upper floor. the bathroom is on the same level of the bedroom and the night was very unpleasant. We noticed that the smell wasn't on the kitchen floor but it was very strong on the communal stairs. Cleaning could be improved.

The apartment was fantastic, very spacious with everything we needed for the few days , it was clean and beds very comfortable , the location was ideal and we really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, host was very accommodating by letting us leave our bags in before check in time

Property is really good and in an excellent location in Sevilla. Its close to a lot of amenities and really nice restaurants and bars. Balcony is really good to chill in the sun as well. The best bit about it I would say is the location as its in a really good area and most things were at most a 10/15 mins walk. We were also pleasantly surprised that we would have someone from the team contact us prior to our trip. Dani from the team was super helpful and provided us with a list of personally recommended bars and restaurants, as well as local things to do. The service was excellent and really made the trip that much better. The only downside was that the stairs going into the flat and in the flat itself are a bit steep, so just need to be careful!
