Stuudiokorter Las Americases

A nice spot to have a beach holiday in Playa de las Americas. Location was super central but inside the apartment it wasn't noisy at all. Balcony was sunny and communal pool was quite big. Staff at the location were super friendly. Apartment had all the amenities for a succesful holiday including washing machine. Bigger grocery store right opposite the building and easy to catch a bus to the airport from the bus stop outside.

No air-con (it wasn't promised since there was a fan that was enough) and pool area would need more sun chairs since it was packed every day with more permanent residents (nothing to do with the apartment thought!). No place to park a car (street parking outside is free but it was full most of the time) - they could not let us drive in the yard to unpack so it was a hassle. Kitchen chairs were cracked from the sides and it left me a nasty bruise after my leg got pinched in.

This property is in very good location,big supermarket just is opposite and bus stop next to eldorado building,from airport you take bus 40 and one ticket would cost 3.70 euro to this property, your destination stop name is "columbus". but please have cash to pay for bus driver,not all cards are accepted by bus. Taxi cost about 30 euros. Property itself is clean and with all home equipment.

Very nice and clean studio, close to the beach, supermarkets across the road and many restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner and the agent.

Excellent apartment , well equipped, central location, very clean. Owner’s agent extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Bus stop outside property. Supermarket across the road.
