It was exactly as expected, a good service product with support throughout booking, arrival and departure at a good price.

Soft furnishings items would benefit from renewal, cushions, pillows etc.

"Very clean well decorated apartment with all the necessary appliances for a self catering stay ."

The apartment was very well decorated and exceptionally clean with good facilities.

It was very much self catering as in no cleaning service and no change of towels offered for an 8 night stay . However Elena the host did bring us clean towels on our 6th night after we requested them . There is a washing machine in the apartment .

Lovely quiet complex, no sunbed wars. Had 2 great pools and pool bar. Apartment had all the amenities that you needed and the balcony was shielded from the wind. Host was amazing, letting us check in before the allotted time and also allowed us to leave our bags there on day of departure. Loved all the information that was given about the surrounding area and things to do.

Quiet complex which suited me as i was in Lanzarote to run the Lanzarote marathon. Apartment had everything I needed. Close to everything but not too close. Pool area was good. The host Elena sent several messages to make sure I found and accessed the property without any hassle.

Too much furniture on the balcony. No need for 6 chairs

"Excellent apartment with an extremely helpful letting agent"

Communication from Letting Agent Elena was excellent. She gave me plenty of information about how to find the apartment and about the complex it was in. I was sent information on modes of transportation from the airport, places to eat and places to stay. When I encountered a slight problem on the first morning Elena was very quick to respond to my texts and had the issue resolved within minutes. Her insight and helpfulness made this an amazing experience. The apartment was very spacious. The balcony was private and not overlooked. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything required. The bathroom was a great wet room. The location is at the end of Costa Teguise.

The hot water ran out towards the end of the shower
