The Apartment was not cleaned , papers underneath the beds , And in the drawers of the sitting room, Horrible smell in the bathroom, balcony facing a wall , floors had not been washed

This Apartment is not fit for renting, And I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it ,

Very good location, close to shops and sea. Enough place in flat and small balcony. The owner was very supportive with good communication.

The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Would be a good return on investment to change them.

Great flat, very well located next to all amenities and the beach . There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes away and the beach is 2 minutes away. The flat is quiet and has all you need. There’s even a decent terrace.

People who have the patio at the bottom are vert noisy if you leave the windows open. Beds and the sofa are not super comfy, but they do job.

Location was perfect close to everything you need. Nice weather even in November and plus close to shops, restaurants. Sunny apartment and very warm.

Needs total refurbishment and decoration. 2 mugs, 3 dinner plates, 2 side plates in the kitchen. One plug in the kitchen for toaster/kettle and microwave. Not even sure if this is legal. Settee falling apart and dirty. Settee on balcony was actually in shreds the covers where all torn. No plug for the wash basin in the bathroom. Room dividers on floor dirty the Volodymyr cleaned them, he asked us to go out as he was using some sort of chemical cleaner. Used tissues on the floor.
