Nice property and friendly owner. He came by to fix a problem with the balcony door

It’s noisy. We could hear are neighbors clearly (walking the stairs, watching tv, talking)

"Estupenda estancia y bonita comunidad"

El apartamento es bonito, decorado con buen gusto, la cama y el sofá cama son cómodos y de buena calidad. La lavadora comunitaria y el detalle del detergente y la zona de piscina me parece un detalle muy bueno.

En cuanto a limpieza le falta un poco mas de profundidad, y habia algunas telarañas que de vez en cuando se debería limpiar. La cocina se queda un poco pequeña, el menaje de cocina escaso, hay 4 servicios pero en mi caso algunos cubiertos no llegaban ni a 4, se agradecería algo mas de menaje y no tan escaso. El precio me ha parecido muy elevado, teniendo en cuenta que solo es un dormitorio y un solo baño.
