Property Notes

Please inform P Alberes BJ2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels have a surcharge of EUR 5 and bed linen have a surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per stay. The keys must be collected at the reception, Gran via de Pau casals 225, ROSES, 17480 between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the same address no later than 10:00 am. Please note that late check-in after 19:30 carries a surcharge of EUR 25. It is not possible to check in after 21:00. During winter months the price does not include the cost of electricity. This supplement will be calculated on usage and must be paid upon check-out.
