非常棒的公寓，各种生活用品非常齐全，房东还贴心准备了牛奶、果汁和面包等作为早餐，非常贴心。公寓虽然不在市中心，但对于自驾的游客来说反而是个优势，因为市中心停车太困难了。公寓门口车站的26路直达老城区，非常便捷。房东还准备了公交卡，有十几欧元的余额，足够在圣塞巴斯蒂安使用。总之，该公寓值得10分好评！

入住方式需要提前联系房东，并在现场办理入住，有时可能需要等几分钟，房东才会到场。不过跟公寓的条件相比，这不是个大问题。

Convenience for the bus into town, and the 3 bedrooms

Un piso muy completo y cómodo, nos vino muy bien que tuviera 2 wc ya que éramos 6 personas, tenia parking que no llegamos a usar porque es fácil aparcar en la zona. Los k anfitriones muy amables, te hacen hasta de guía turística

Me hubiera gustado que estaría un poco más cerca del centro, pero hay autobuses cerca y de hecho no los usamos porque nos fuimos dando un paseo

The apartment was beautifully presented—spotlessly clean, with fresh bed linen and towels provided. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. The host family were exceptionally kind and welcoming, giving us plenty of helpful information about the apartment, transport, and tips for exploring the city. The location is in a peaceful residential area, which felt safe and quiet at night, yet still very convenient. There are cafés, bars, and a small shop nearby, and the bus stop is right in front of the building, making it simple to reach the city centre. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return.

Mieszkanko położone w spokojnej okolicy, na 1wszym piętrze (bez windy), 3 sypialnie, salonik, kuchnia, jeden wspólny balkon dla sypialni i kuchni oraz oddzielny dla saloniku. Wszystko czysto, mieszkanie jasne, przestronne, wyposażone. Odbiór kluczy u gospodarza, który miło nas przywitał i starannie wszystko objaśnił. Do centrum San Sebastian 20 minut jednym autobusem (dojeżdża na Boulevard, czyli ulica przy której i stare miasto i początek plaży Concha. Niedaleko do plaży Zuriola, trochę dalej do Monte Igueldo i plaży Ondarreta. Jesteśmy z zakwaterowania b zadowoleni. Trzeba dojechać do centrum owszem, ale centrum San Sebastian w sierpniu jest na tyle zatłoczone i pełne turystów (poze tym samo miasto, plaże i widoki są piękne), że miło było nam wracać do mieszkania w spokojnej okolicy oddalonej od zgiełku centrum (nie spodziewaliśmy się że San Sebastian to tak popularne i turystyczne miasto, Bilbao w centrum jest dużo spokojniejsze i mniej turystyczne). 3 minuty piechotą od mieszkania jest sklep nieźle wyposażony, są ze 2 bary i jakaś restaucracja (nie korzystaliśmy). Jest strefa sportowa obok, rzeczka, plac zabaw. Wzdłuż rzeczki można pobiegać, pojeździć rowerem (żona dojeżdżała rowerem do centrum, miejskie rowery pod osiedlem na aplikację można wypożyczyć)

gdybym miał się przyczepić to na placu zabaw przed blokiem dzieciaczki samopas latają i wrzeszczą do 24:00 (rodzice w arze obok) ;) ale dla nas nie było to jakieś uciążliwe. Co bardziej wrażliwi mogą nie zdzierżyć:D

La predisposición de Oscar, como nos explicó todo, dejaron para un desayuno listo en el refri, muy cómodas las instalaciones y todo.

El wifi falló por momentos, pero nada grave

We only needed to stay one night in San Sebastian and this place was perfect for us. It's in a residential neighborhood so it's not exactly a place you'd sit around and enjoy, it's more a base for going out. It is very spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were helpful. For instance, they have keep a preloaded transit card available for the occupants so that you can use the transit system for 1/4 of the price of paying on the bus, you just leave behind a few Euros with the card to cover your charges.

It's not the fault of the hosts or their accommodation, but just to inform those considering this place: we didn't feel like driving to find a grocery store, so we visited what was nearby and the prices and services in that neighborhood are, sadly, not great.
