The location was good. The pool is excellent. The management were always contactable and helpful.

The method of checking in very complicated and didn’t work. We spent way too much time in contact with the management trying to resolve entry issue. We rented a car but the parking entrance gate fob never worked and was quite embarrassing having to wait for other people to come to let us in. The outside furniture was heavily stained. The pillow case had stains. They did come and replace the pillow case same day and a cushion a few days later. The cutlery was not clean. Normal things you would expect like a cork screw were missing. No plug for the bath, which was replaced after 3 days. Walls required painting place is tired.

The whole check-in situation, charge of a 200 euro deposit that took many chases and a month to be refunded. Flat is quite simple and basic, bed is quite comfortable and view of the next door building. Hot shower only lasts 5min and u need to remember to not touch the switch outside the bathroom that looks like a light switch. Getting the info on how to get inside the property was another challenge in itself and PhD required to complete that task, several messages and videos provided by manager. . I do not recommend this to anyone.

The room was untidy - we found dirty towels in bathroom. There building was having work done which they did not disclose. There was painting going on, loud drills.

The location! Next door to Lidl, and walking distance to all the pubs no matter what direction you decide to go to. Equally close to the beach.

To whom it may concern in "Booking.com". This was a very below expectation holiday facility for our annual visit to the Costa del Sol, we shall never stay with this bogus rogue company who's street address seems to be a family villa in Torremolinos. The facility is the "Apartamentos Duouesa" a residential apartment high block. Front gate access did not work, it was repaired later that week, the front building access was similarly difficult, we gained access as others exited the building, only then to have a similar problem accessing the room key code entry and after numerous attempts with only remote e-mail assistance found they had provided the incorrect access code. The room was a bedsit type one room only with a separate bathroom, the requested room with a view on the highest floor as part of our booking condition was not provided, instead we had a room on the 2nd floor with a small balcony view of a rear wall of an immediately adjacent complex, a depressing experience. We made numerous complaints to the "letting agent" but without any success and they would not meet us to discuss any of the issues and our request to be moved to somewhere else. The main issues included: Stains on furnishings, damaged and chipped delve, dilapidated, blinds, kitchen facilities and broken wardrobes, and both patio doors had been damaged which appeared like damage caused by a previous break-in which really made us very concerned as we are both in our mid sixties. And to add insult to our injuries they had a cheek to insist upon a breakage deposit of €200 before we were even given access. I have documented our stay with photographic evidence to support all of the above and I would suggest you remove your support for this agent and spare this misery on your loyal customers.
