Location was great and the apartment was very clean and modern with all required facilities. Two bathrooms were also very useful.

The property had lovely views and was in a great location and great size

The main bathroom shower was not working correctly and there wasn’t any tea towels in the kitchen and I text to see if we could have some more towels but he didn’t even respond and was not happy about having to pay £ 40 erous for arriving at 21.30 has that was our flight time and 300 for deposit

Beautiful clean facilities with modern furnishings. Lots of unexpected extras supplied by hosts.

Quite noisy till late because of bars in the port.

The views are amazing, so beautiful. Great location to restaurants, shops and bars. Parking on the street was easier than trying to park in the apartment car park. Communication was good - needed to contact for wifi details. Would benefit from a welcome book with this information. Air con in every room was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Can be a bit noisy at the weekend but didn’t affect our sleep.

The property was great and in a perfect location right on the marina, you had plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, but we didn’t experience any noise at all, it was very hot while we were there but the air con worked well

Nothing really

It was very clean & tidy & well equipped . Lots of storage space. It was nice to be able to use the pool. Having somewhere the park the car was great.

There was some noise from the nearby bars/restaurants. It is 10-15 minutes to walk into town for the best restaurants although we enjoyed the walk. Some information about how everything works in the apartment would be helpful eg what keys operate what; where can you park your car if the car park is full; where are the bins; the wifi code etc. The pillows were too firm for us.

Location is good near the port/marina end of Estepona.

Dreadful agent service, had to meet agent in a random location on a street to pay the securety deposit of 300 euros to collect keys. Agent unwilling to meet us at apartment with keys. This made our pre paid taxi driver having to wait before taking us to the apartment. Very unresponsive agent to issues we had whilst staying at apartment. Premium priced apartment but far from premium standards. Broken bathroom door lock & handle which reddered it unuseable. Lack of cups, glasses for a 4 person stay as well as dirty dishes. Agent told us to go out & buy replacement glasses as they were broken on arrival.Some dishes found in dishwasher on arrival. Leaking coffe machine. Overall very disappointed & not good value for premium price. Would recommend the owner changes agent to someone who can provide a premium service to visitors. Beaware this location could very very noisy at night due to its proximity to late night opening bars & restaurants especially in the summer.

The location was great with a beautiful view over det marina/ port. The apartment was well furnished, newly renovated to high standard. Supermarket, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, twenty minutes rapid walk to the old town along a very nice and easily walked seaside promenade. As advertised this apartment in many respect is a Premium apartment (to a Premium price), but... Please read the comments in the following passage.

As said earlier this is a premium apartment in many respects (to a premium price!). Having said that here comes a rather long list of "but" (without being picky we could be going on, but the space is limited): First of all, if the apartment had been checked before arrival many of the "but" below could have been avoided. • The floor flooded due to leakage from the washing machine. We had to clean up twice, once before it was repaired after approx. 5 hours, once after • No given information whatsoever about the apartment (wifi, pool admittance...) or the surroundings. We had to ask for via WhatsApp • The faucet handle in one of the shower are having loose, with risk to damage the floor • No adapters for the bedside lamps, ceiling lamp/fan not functioning, another hanging loose from the ceiling with risk to drop on once head when visiting the bathroom • The freezer wasn´t defrosted so we could only use of of the drawers, even if the front was broken! • Without being picky we could go on. Everything was fixed in the end but it took a number of WhatsApp messages and up to four days before the apartment was in Premium standard. Good to know: It would have been helpful to know in advance that the number of parking spaces was limited, which made it especially difficult to find parking during weekends. Additionally, the parking spaces were rather small (some forced you to park partially on the side walk) on both sides of a very narrow road. A piece of advice: Drive a small car. PS. We had to pay €10 extra since we wanted to check in two hours ahead of agreedtime, which of course is OK. But, if we hadn´t the entire floor probably had been flooded with serious consequences. A “Thank you” would have been appreciated to hear from the agency. But not a word.
