Localização boa e é bastante calmo.

O apartamento é muito mais pequeno do que mostra nas fotos. Pouca claridade. Muita humidade. O Ar condicionado é antigo e funcional mal. Tem problema na casa de banho: muito pouca agua para tomar banho. Não há intimidade pois o quarto não tem porta, e não ha espaço nenhum à volta da cama.
