Penthouse with sea views in Marbella

Beautiful apartment near beach, restaurants etc.

Really lovely place in a great location. Everything was really good

Fantastic location - 5 minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes to the town with loads of shops and restaurants. Apartment is modern, bright and clean and has loads of amenities. Swimming pool in the complex was lovely and had a life guard all day. Met by owner who showed us around the property and explained how to use all the facilities and was on hand to answer any queries. Balcony area is really large and has fantastic views of both the sea and mountains. Balcony is east facing so lovely sun in the morning and then shaded in the hottest part of the day. Great wifi access, family friendly and plenty of space for the six of us.

Very well located. Right beside restaurants, mini markets and the centre of San Pedro with more restaurant and bars. About 10-15 minute walk to the beach (although restaurants in town were much nicer than beach front). Apartment was very spacious with beautiful sea views and a nice balcony. Very clean also. Had an issue with the electric shutters on the first day and Marja ensured it was sorted very promptly.

The main bedroom upstairs is a mezzanine style space so it opens up to the main living area. The other upstairs bedroom is separate but with our sleeping arrangements we had to move the cot around for naps. The pool also only opens at midday - there were people swimming in it earlier but the gates and sun loungers were locked until this time.

The service was amazing, location, near many good restaurants and many towns and cities. Our washing machine was not working, but after we have informed the owner it was replaced with a brand new one within 4 hours, as ‘Margareta’ the person responsible of the apartment called it “mission impossible” to us this was way better then any hotel.

The pool of the building was not what we expected, but everything about the apartment itself was just great.

This apartment has everything! It’s huge could sleep up to 8 people easily though there was only 4 of us. It was very well furnished, and lots of helpful accessories, like first aid kit, a volley ball which played in the pool with, simple things but a very nice touch. We bought coffee then realised the cupboards were full of things like that. The super Mascom is just up the street, good value, nice fresh baguettes and croissants to make breakfast and lunch. We ate out a lot never ate a bad meal, Da Bruno, G Wine, Bistro, and good value. Easy to get taxis as there taxi rank at the other side of the roundabout. We were at family wedding so it was handy being close to the taxi rank to get back and forward to see family that we’re staying in the area. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, the mountains, the sea absolutely amazing. The pool area is great, never very busy and a life guard from noon onwards. The kids loved the pool. We travelled to and from the apartment from the airport via Avanza bus that drops at the roundabout very handy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely loved the place!

New fountain construction was a little noisy in the morning. But it wasn’t a big deal.
