L’emplacement, le calme, la propreté, bonne literie, l’hôte très réactive et la possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement

pas de ventilateur dans toutes les chambres, (ventilateur disponible bruyant), débit un peu faible dans la douche

Beautiful apartment, nice furniture, quite good location (a bit far from a railway station bit it is still not too big of a walk to get there ). Great balconies and view from those 👍

Kitchen wasn't fully prepared for guests. I guess I would expect the cutting board there and some essential as tea and coffee that is normally available at apartments of this type.
