The listing on the website is accurate. It is a great location, superb balcony and view, Ricardo and Jorge couldn’t do more to make us welcome. Clean, tasteful and well appointed and fitted. Also, taxi rank just around the corner.

It’s very minor, but at times noise from the lift was noticeable.

The location was perfect. The entire “old city” is a comfortable walk including all iconic sites, cafes, tapas bars & supermarkets. The apartment is easily accessed by lift & is very safe & secure. It’s the perfect oasis from the hustle & bustle of travel.

Hosts do a great job so no dislikes.

We loved the big terrace and the parking spot also was very ideal. Super centrally located as well. And the most special was the personal walkthrough of the hosts! Thanks so much for that

Everything! The apartment was better then we could have looked for. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. I do warn though the outdoor space is too nice! We had to fight ourselves to leave, it really is an oasis. We spent hours laying in the sun sipping wine and listening to the city.

Everything about our stay in Ricardo and Jorge's apartment was wonderful! All of our communication with them - before and during our stay - was clear and responsive. Jorge met us on schedule to give us the keys and explain the apartment details. He also gave us some great tips on restaurants and city highlights. Unlike many rentals, there were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the kitchen was very well equipped. They even left us with a generous supply of pods for the Nespresso machine. We appreciated the welcome gift of a bottle of regional wine and a box of chocolates. The apartment is large and the living area is very comfortable to sit and read or enjoy a cocktail. By far the best feature is the terrace with its gorgeous view. Unfortunately it was a bit cool while we were there so we weren't able to use it as much as we would have if the weather was better.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, one of the neighbours gets a lot of phone calls and either doesn't have an answering machine or doesn't answer the phone. As with most European apartment buildings, the walls are quite thin and so it seemed like the phone was ringing in our apartment! Nothing Ricardo or Jorge can do about it though and it was no more than a minor annoyance.

The location and the beautiful views from the terrace. I watched two sunrise views from the terrace and it rewarded me gorgeous memories. The owner Richard and his friend George’s dedicated help with our arrival locating parking and elevation to the unit plus the departure one in the free parking garage were very warm and impressed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks so much Richard and George for your hospitality and warm hearts🙏🙏

Excellent hosts, they mad sure we knew where to visit and eat. The views from the patio were outstanding and we enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the attractions. best booking we have had in all of our month long visit to Spain!!!!!!
