La ubicación

Creo q con agregar un par de detalles basicos a la cocina y el baño para uso de los huéspedes, se podría mejorar la estancia en el domicilio. Mejorar el sistema de desagüe del aire acondicionado de la sala y mejorar las cortinas de la sala por q entra mucha luz en la noche.

The flat was clean and well equipped in a good location with lots of local bars, restaurants and markets, and excellent transport links into town.

We found the apartment comfortable. The kitchen was spacious with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer and microwave. The sofa was comfortable to sit on and we enjoyed watching our Netflix in English on TV in the evenings to relax after a long packed day. The apartment was well cleaned. The apartment is located in a high rise block of flats and there was a lift so no walking up stairs. The check in and check out was uncomplicated and we were grateful we could enter the flat a little earlier than the stated check in time on booking.com as we could leave our luggage there. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge so, as we didn't want to sleep together, that suited us perfectly as mother and two daughters.Extra blankets kept us warm and cosy as it got colder in the evening. The location was fine with Spar and Lidl supermarkets 5 minutes away. We always walked into town ( 35 minutes on foot )but there were buses to be taken near the apartment directly to the centre and beach. There is a deposit of 150 Euro to be paid on arrival. It took a week for it to be paid back but it was and so it is all honest and above board. The lady who greeted us was friendly enough. She only spoke Spanish. As she righly said, you are in Spain. We managed to communicate with each other despite my poor Spanish. The photos on booking.com and the description of the apartment is exactly as it is. So very honest, no bad surprises and nothing unexpected. The price was very fair and we are thankful for this. If you are looking for a very reasonably priced, spacious, basic flat in Alicante then we can recommend this place. We wish the owners and Elena, the lady who met us, all the best.

The bed in one bedroom squeaks really really badly but that has been pointed out to you in other reviews so the reaction should be to replace that bed! The bathroom smells. It's the drains. Nothing much to be done about that. The area around the flat is run down but we got used to it and we were aware of it when booking. The shutters in the lounge need mending especially as the sofa is offered for sleeping. The apartment is, as written above, in a building with lots of other flats so be prepared to hear noise from other people above and next to the flat.

The sofa is broken, floortiles are loose, its a big vater jar that gathers the water from the aircondition. You have to empty it yourself. Not a big deal but if you want sleep on the sofa and want the aircondition on you can hear the drops. Moving on to the bathroom. After you use the shower it starts to smell of sewer. From other reviews this has been a problem for a long time.It is also clear that the bathroom is done by themselves. It is not waterproofed and the wall moldings are moisture damaged. A poor job overall. The bedroom bed was so squecky that you could hear it from the kitchen. It was also shitty. The bedspread was also full of dust. Would not recommend anyone staying here unless you dont care about were you stay and Just need a bed or two.

The apartment was clean. Great location. Close to bus stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. Also, it had reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nothing really. The host is great. So, nothing come to mind.
