No tengo ningún tipo de queja negativa

Situación, limpieza, comodidad. Lo recomiendo, sin duda alguna.

El apartamento está en el muelle de Cádiz muy bien situado Calle bulliciosa pero bien insonorizado Está limpio y tiene de todo Para tres personas es muy justo pues solo una habitación con sofá cama en el recibidor

El aire acondicionado estaba roto y echaba agua no se podía poner sin inundar Supongo que un problema puntual

I was charged a fine for not cleaning the apartment. I had just left a couple of plates in the sink and 1 towel in the ashing machine. I find this totally unfair.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the port, bus and train station, and right in the heart of the old city of Cadiz surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Although there is no private parking, there is a large underground carpark a couple of minutes away. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, perfect for one or two people, and considering it is on the first floor looking out onto a busy street (people rather than traffic), relatively quiet thanks to efficient double glazing. But for those who like an early night and are bothered by the sound of people having a good time, this apartment is probably not for you. The rental agency was very helpful and messaged me several times during my two-week stay to make sure everything was OK. They even rang me on the morning of my arrival to let me know it was ready two hours before the official check-in time. Other reviewers mentioned additional fees for cleaning and damage insurance, but I was not asked to pay anything extra.

The mobile app used to open the doors to the building and the apartment didn't work when I arrived and I had to go to their office nearby. They told me to turn the door handle to the right while the app was still beeping, and it worked fine after that, but it would have been useful to know beforehand. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so I had to leave the fan running most of the time to get rid of the musty smell. I would also have appreciated a change of sheets and towels midway through my stay, though that's probably my fault for not asking. Although there is a washing machine, there is nowhere to dry your clothes.

Nice bright apartment in the center .Very good double glazing no street noise in apartment.good air conditioning very well equipped and comfortable for 2 adults 4 would be a bit of a tight squeeze.

Trouble with the lock to apartment to he buttons didn't open the door so we had to use the app..Finally the staff at cadiz4Rentals got someone to come and fix it late one night when we were unable to lock the apartment and it worked like a dream the rest of our stay..

the location was amazing, very bright and lovely property as well :)
