I had a very pleasant stay, and I especially want to highlight the excellent customer service. From the beginning, the staff was very responsive — they answered the phone promptly and even personally delivered the key to me, which made check-in smooth and reassuring. When I checked out, I accidentally left something in the room and had already left the hotel. I was quite worried, but the staff returned to the hotel within five minutes to help me open the door so I could retrieve my belongings. I truly appreciated their efficiency and kindness. I also asked about the location of a print shop when checking out. Although she didn’t speak English, she made a great effort to communicate with me using gestures, Spanish, and a translation app to show me the way. I could really feel her sincerity and willingness to help. I’m very grateful for such wonderful service. It made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
