Byt v pešej blízkosti centra mesta, kúsok od apartmánu potraviny ,reštaurácie. Apartmán krásny ,čistý , dobre vybavený. Mali sme všetko čo sme k pobytu potrebovali .Dokonca aj parkovanie celkom v pohode.

Great location and easy access. One flight of stairs away from the neighborhood vibes and comfortable mixed-use amenities of Triana. River, flamenco, and restaurants right around the corner. And the apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. No complaints at all.

It was slightly tricky to take a shower in the main bathroom without a small amount of water spilling outside the shower area. Very minor issue and not a serious complaint. Just be deliberate in the shower!

We loved the location and the general layout of the apartment.

There was a horrible chain smoker downstairs. Of course, the property owners have no control over this, but it really impacted our stay. We weren’t able to open the windows of the bathrooms to get proper ventilation without the entire room filling up with the horrible stench of cigarette smoke. The stairwell was also full of it. It’s unfortunate because we really liked the apartment itself.

Lovely apartment + good location

The garage parking was very difficult to access due to a steep slope at the entrance/exit and limited turning within the garage .. the roads surrounding the property had no spare spaces

Light and airy, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, superb location, handy parking included, service from agency. Take no notice of previous guest comments about the parking space being difficult to access. I almost cancelled because of them, but glad I didn’t as the space is fine for any competent driver used to European car parks even in a large SUV! The nearby flamenco theatre on Pureza was a revelation - we went twice.

Only tiny details e.g. not enough hooks for hanging and drying towels, wet clothes, dressing gowns etc. It’s missing a console table in the entrance and a side table in the lounge with an extra lamp on it to create more atmosphere.
