"Buen espacio y apartamento…, pero ruido exterior y mala gestión de una incidencia"

Buen espacio, equipado adecuadamente.

Ruido continuo buena parte de la noche. Error al realizar la asignación de apartamentos. Nos alojan en un apartamento con un dormitorio menos y un baño menos. Solicitamos reubicación pero no lo ven viable. Nos ofrecen un descuento en parte de la reserva, pero no contemplan que no estemos cómodas. Finalmente, no nos cogen el teléfono.
