Super appartement au calme, non loin de la plage, facile d’accès et en plus avec un parking privé. L’hôtesse est très sympathique et vraiment disponible.

From moving in till checking out it was a five star experience. Marta made us feel very welcome and was at the property at the agreed time, she gave us an extensive tour of the apartment and the amenities of the complex. The flat itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped, fully alarmed (so you can leave your belongings without any worry), the outside patio / terrace is a separate joy (two sun lounges, two tables for four, extendable sun shades if needed, it was really nice to settle down after a busy day at that terrace. Two private swimming pools that are only accessible by the residents of the complex were so good it was next level good, most of the time pools were almost empty so we could fool around and do what ever we wanted, there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available too there (no need to wake up at 5am to throw a towel on to a sun lounger, not that we have ever done silly thing like that). Flat is located about 3 min away from the beach and many cafes. There was no noise in the complex or near it, so will be suitable for families with small kids too. And the cherry on the top of the cake is a secure private dedicated to the property underground car parking space, that belong to you only and no-one else, yes most of the streets do allow you to park for free at Tenerife but good luck to you trying to find available space next to your property after 18:00, so having your own parking was a bliss. Los Cristianos is definitely the best place on Tenerife to stay. Many things to do, all major supermarkets available here, tons of bars and restaurants, beaches are full of typical entertainment too. We can recommend this property to absolutely everyone hands down, no matter who you are and no matter where you come from you will enjoy your stay here. There is nothing to dislike

Podobało mi się dodatkowe wyposażenie mieszkanie, czego nie było w opisie. Mile zaskoczyło nas, że był parasol na plażę oraz torba na kółkach na zakupy, która bardzo przydała się zwłaszcza, że z zakupami wraca się pod lekką górkę. Z basenu można korzystać cały czas, a nie tak jak w hotelach do 19.00. Byliśmy na Teneryfie trzeci raz, ale pierwszy latem. Wspaniale działająca klimatyzacja.

Lovely big private patio with beautiful plants and flowers and sun after noon until evening. Clean and nice apartment with all the amenities and appliances you need to cook and wash and iron. Fransiska was a very attentive and helpful host. The pool garden is great and neighbors quiet. Would stay again.

Far enough away from noise but close enough to eating places and supermarket. nice apartment, basic but functional. Good outside area with afternoon sunshine with lots of seating. Useful safe and welcome air-conditioning. Didnt realise there were 2 pools which was a bonus. Fransisca was welcoming and met us at the apartment, she even enabled us to check out late due to flight times.

Quite basic but functional, could do with a little more crockery and a tray for use in the oven and a set of oven gloves to be able to remove hot items. Instructions on how to assemble the sofabed may be useful.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was spacious for two people and the terrace is very nice. The owner met us on arrival and was really friendly, recommended a superb tapas restaurant nearby that we loved.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade.

Everything you would need for a good holiday. Location,Car Parking and lovely pool area and gardens. Great outside area too.
