Beach front location View Balcony (although rust needs treating)

Dated interior - sofas and rugs need a good deep clean Shower hot intermittent Lots of “rules” and fines if you don’t follow ie take rubbish out or €30 fine Dog next door constantly barking Work in restaurant below for two days banging and drilling
