Apartamento con encanto en la playa frente al mar "Posada Rent House"

Super Unterkunft, hatte alles war wir brauchten. Die Terasse ist sehr gross, und die Ausicht aufs Meer und den Strand sehr schön.

La ubicación. El trato de Elvira. Las facilidades, la amabilidad y la buena predisposición.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und auch angenehm. Direkt am Strand. Die Terrasse ist wirklich super. Elvira hat uns in Empfang genommen, den Schlüssel überreicht und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Mit dem Auto kommt man überall in kürzester Zeit hin. Neben an ist ein guter Italiener, bei dem man gut essen gehen kann. Zu Fuß kann man schön spazieren gehen, aber in die größeren Orte zu gelangen braucht man ein Auto. Das sollte einem bewusst sein. Wir wollten Ruhe und Entspannung und die haben wir auch bekommen :D Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem funktioniert alles hervorragend. Außerdem gibt es an Ausstattung alles was man benötigt.

Ci è piaciuto tutto quanto, dall’incantevole terrazza sul mare alla calda accoglienza di Elvira. È tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e funzionale: sia la camera da letto, sia la cucina sono attrezzatissime e quando dovesse mancare qualcosa (a noi non è capitato), Elvira è sempre disponibile. La posizione è meravigliosa, la casa si affaccia su una piccola spiaggia molto tranquilla. È stato bellissimo dormire con il rumore delle onde del mare. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e ci siamo innamorati dell’isola :)

Nulla! Forse solo il materasso che risultava un po’ scomodo. Per il resto TUTTO perfetto :)

the peacefull non commercial aspect of the area ? puerta lajas is a spanish residential area with no local shops or music/video bars there are 2 spanish style cafe bars plus a small bar attached to a community hall at the rear of the cafe is a sand pit where localls play bowls we spent a few nights out here having a beer or three, little english spoken but great fun learning to order our food and drinks and very friendly local people.! i can count one one hand the tourists i met while there Elvira resides in the downstairs section and is a wonderfull host, the apartment is decked out really tastefully with nice wood bookcases and furniture not your modern ikea tat but lovelly real polished wood, shower and toilet modern and everything you need at hand. kitchen is fully equipped and and seperate from the apartment. you have a magnificent view of the beach! theres no race to put towels on the beach to reserve your place here ! one day we saw about 12 people on this stretch of beach. from the balcony looking below is elviras flower show which is tended everyday and looks great, truely one of my favourites places so far? puerto rosario is a 10 minute bus ride away for all things you might need but contentment may not be one of them

Il panorama incantevole, Elvira persona gentile e sempre disponibile zona molto tranquilla. Esperienza da rifare e consigliabile Otello e Lilia

Praticamente niente, se proprio uno vuole essere pignolo sarebbe utile un piccolo negozio da poter raggiungere a piedi

Location was fabulous and hosts Elvira and Elisabeth were the best hosts you could ever wish for. Friendly, welcoming and helpful with lots of advice and tips. Elvira said that her cat "Misi" wouldn't bother us as she never went upstairs to the apartment. However, over the course of the week my wife was delighted that Misi virtually moved in with us! (we have two cats almost identical the Misi). I told Elisabetha nd Elvira that the photos on Booking.com do not do their apartment justice. The terrace was huge and well furnished with settee, table, chairs, lounger, deck chairs. parasol and cool sunshade. Views from the terrace across the bay and beach are spectacular, especially at sunrise (photo below). Apartment was well furnished with nice little en-suite shower room/toilet. Lots of accessible sockets and decent wifi. Didn't use (or really need) the tv as all Spanish channels. Kitchen was modern and very well equipped with every utility to hand including big fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and hob. Nice little seating/breakfast table area also in kitchen - although we never cooked anything! Next door was a nice little bar (Diferente Playa Bar) run by Luca and with Mimo (from Naples!) making superb fresh pizzas to order. 5 paces further down the beach and you reach La Bahia restaurant, which I am convinced serves some of the best seafood on Fuerteventura. (Thank you Cristina and Raoul - read Tripadvisor!). Overall, this was one of our best holidays ever (and we have travelled a lot!) both for condition, facilities and location of the Posada Rent House (Casa Elvira sound better!) but also for the hospitality and helpfulness of our hosts, Elvira and Elisabeth. Perhaps it was just our old bones that needed a little more comfort/support from the bed mattress?
