The apartment was clean and practical. Appliances and furniture were reasonably new and fine.

It's situated on the fourth floor of a building that has 8 flights of narrow marble stairs and NO elevator! It is NOT in any way suitable and could even be dangerous for over 60s and/or people with even minor mobility issues. There is no oven or grill. No electric kettle. There's a new convector hob with a kettle. The balcony is too narrow to sit out on. The view directly accross the road is of a concrete landslide and a dumping ground for old furniture and rubbish. One of our party could not manage the long climb up the stairs and we had to make a very quick decision to rearrange the accommodation with a property my son was renting in another part of Los Cristianos. This resulted in us having to rent a travel cot and take a 2.5 year old into the apartment with my son and his partner. I was subsequently charged €210.00 extra (in cash) for a toddler with a veiled threat of eviction if I didn't pay, because children under 6 years of age are not allowed. There was no mention of this when I initially booked the property!

Clean, all cooking facilities, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, fridge, two conditioners. But no oven. Good matrases. 4th floor by stairs. Maybe not good for retired people, but for healthy is OK. Good views (left and right only) to the street. The landlord provided us with additional beach towels and an umbrella by my request. Thank you!

Locker for the keys is uncomfortable. Need a video manual on how to open it. We got stressed when I was not able to open it. We arrived at night. I have not seen the landlord. all communication by WhatsApp, but he/she was offline when we arrived. Thankfully, neighbors helped us to open the locker and entered the flat. The dump is visible from the balcony in front. But views left and right are good. I've bought more powerful led light for the dining room because the bulb was dim for me. But in general, all was good for families with kids👍 👍 👍

We liked the location which was in a walking distance to the bus station, church, supermarket and beach was also nearby.

Not a lot !!!I have never ever been to an apartment that didn't have a kettle 😡

Firstly were them steps absolutely unreal it took us both 30 lay down to recover climbing those steps exhausting 😡

2 good bedrooms. Great location in a bit more laid back part of town. 2 good AC units. When we wanted an extra bed sheet, the host sorted that out free of charge. Easy to find parking.
