Location is right on playa Chica. Also the Port and shopping centre are only a short walk away. Very quiet and peaceful area.

Amazing location!

Amazing!! Stayed for a week with my husband, we both absolutely loved it & had a fantastic holiday. It’s a lovely little place so cute & cosy with everything you could possibly need. The bed & pillows are nice & comfy, the bathroom is small but perfectly formed with a big shower that has a regular & a rain head. The patio is so quiet & peaceful I could relax there all day. Great communication with the host, Alessandra thank you for everything we had a wonderful stay. Grazie mille 😊

We had a lovely stay. The location is amazing, the host was really helpful, and the apartment is small but very well equipped, especially if you do your own cooking. It was really clean, and yes it was hot (we had a mini-heatwave), but the ceiling fans helped a lot to keep it bearable. It was quiet, and the wifi worked fine on our phones, not as good on our old laptop. We would definitely return.

It was fine, the host was really responsive.

The estudio is situated a 2 minute walk from Playa Chica, so the location was perfect. The estudio itself is small but perfect for a week away for 2 people. There is an outside space to lie in the sun and the bed is very comfortable.

The estudio being small does get very warm especially at night. However there are two fans which we kept on all night which helped cool us down

Location The place is nicely equipped. Playa Chica, Valedero Harbour & Old Town literally a one minute walk from the house. Loved my two house guests, Fred & Ginger only as I've been feeding the cats along Valedero Harbour for years. So don't be surprised if two ginger tabbys stroll on by.

The place is unbearably hot inside, even with two stand up fans on, there is only one big patio window to the front of the building, that I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving open at night. So no air whatsoever. And at 50, it's bad enough.. Maybe invest in air-conditioning units at this stage. And a new Mattress, it's not comfortable at all. Sofa Definitely uncomfortable, just some things you could spend money on to makes guests feel more comfortable in my opinion. If you're in the lounge area chilling inside, when the upstairs tenants are on their terrace, it feels like a wooden structure, and a one point I thought it was going to come in on top of, can be quite noisy. Ahead of my stay, because i read reviews, I'm glad I asked for plenty of towels for showering and sheets for a bed change (which I didn't mind doing myself) I was 9 day stay, it's so warm in there, and at night you're going to definitely need a change, even if you're a week . Toilet very cramped, bigger shower head was dirty in my eyes, I found when I had a hair wash, the hot water didn't last long enough to wash conditioner out of my hair, as I've thick long hair. So I'm wondering what it's like when there's a couple there. There is a rule book there, make sure you read it!!! .

It was a beautiful studio with lots of lovely touches. It felt homely and had literally everything you needed. It was absolutely perfect and provided a great base with Puerto del Carmen just 5-10 mins walk away. It was quiet and super close to the beach. Alessandra was an exceptional host who was very flexible, absolutely lovely and accomodating. I'd recommend this studio as a great place to stay!
