Complex is lovely and pool is perfect for children.

Host is the rudest most unhelpful host I have ever encountered in many years of using rental properties. Key lockbox is 2km away from property. This was not stressed so, having not received information until after we were travelling (despite numerous requests for info days before arriving), we arrived at the property by taxi at approximately 8.30 pm unable to gain access. Map provided was rubbish - called owner who said it wasn’t her problem and I should follow the map provided (still no mention lockbox was 2km away). Having searched for lockbox for 30 minutes, I called owner to request someone bring the keys. She again said it wasn’t her problem and at this point advised lockbox was 2 km away. I explained I had no way of collecting key as I had a five year old child and six bags. She yelled husband would bring keys when he finished work and hung up. Husband arrived 30 minutes later, threw keys at us and said agent would meet us next day. Owner had no empathy that we had a five year old child with us - she insisted it was our problem as they were closed and her children were in bed. Despite numerous requests for WiFi details, these were never provided, meaning I incurred additional costs. I requested these from agent day after arrival - owner states I requested them on Saturday and they are closed on Saturday. I have text message showing they were requested on Thursday. Outside space is dreadful - filthy rusty barbecue and table and chairs unfit to sit at, let alone eat at. Cushions on sofa badly stained. Broken bed in single room and terrible bedding and towels. Broken light fitting and unable to open shutter in main bedroom. Bare wires hanging outside - who knows if they were live or not! Had to chase up to obtain €200 security deposit refund, of which only €175 was refunded. Explanation for this was I had used the out of hours service! I would certainly not call being extremely rude, hanging up the phone and throwing keys at us an out of hours service.
