Location great, very close to the veach Very Clean and well presented Good size - plenty of space Great value

Security - no safe. Window in living area nearest bedroom locks not working and blue bars on outside not secure. Couldn’t leave windows open or secure valuables which was a big issue for me. For example I chose to take my laptop/passport/all money with me anywhere i went during my break. A few mosquitos in the evening, could install a zap device to solve that as well. A couple of lights out. All easy fixes.

Location is good, comfortable for sure and very laid back.

Google maps will tell you it's a little off to the right, when you reach end of road walk left and round the corner.

Such a quirky little place. A few mins walk from the beach but tucked away from everything with a lovely little garden area. Very quiet and peaceful

Very clean with lovely decorating. The air-condition is perfect. Close to the beach.

No access for taxi. No kettle. No electric coffee maker. The bed is not so comfortable

The bathroom could Do with a little Update

The apartment is located very near the beach! And is spacious for a couple to stay in.

The bed isn't comfortable (the mattress, and the sheets aren't of good quality). The bathroom shower was in poor condition.

I liked the Oasis! - Fast reply from the owner and very kind, Miguel also! -There are stairs upto the main street and when you have luggage there is a public lift closeby?! Ask locals 4 direction! - From beach 3min walk, pass the ugly building with net :)

This block of 3 apartments is a stone's throw from the beach (90 seconds' walk) with it's many beach club houses and restaurants. The steps to Calle San Miguel are just around the corner, so the walk into the centre of town is only 5 or so minutes. I stayed in one of the other apartments last October (with the shared courtyard) and this year was really excited to stay in the smaller apartment with its own private courtyard - what a great outdoor space all for my sole benefit, and a real sun trap! Miguel is a very dedicated attendant who is always on hand to ensure everything is running smoothly.

The municipal authorities (and not the proprietors of this establishment) have closed off the street to traffic leading to these apartments, which meant I had to leave in the early hours and walk around the corner to meet my taxi. It's less than a hundred yards so, maybe, this a pedantic point; nonetheless, it is no negative reflection on the proprietors nor on the property!
