L’appartement et le balcon sont assez grand. L’emplacement est parfait. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité a pied. Il est pourvu de ventilateurs pour chaque chambres. 2 bais vitrées dans le salon contrairement aux photos dans l’annonce

Il y a 2 chambres qui sont très petite. La plaques de cuisson cassée. Un grille pain et une petite plancha électrique serait appréciable comme dans tous les appartements que j’ai loué au même endroit les années précédentes. Il y a 1 seule douches pour un appartement avec autant de couchage.
