La ubicación excelente, Xabier muy atento y en contacto en todo momento, muy fácil encontrar la casa y el aparcamiento. Todo facilidades!!!

All relevant informations were done by message, but I'm suggesting the elaboration of an only written document, present in the appartment.

Great apartment for its price, fabulous bathroom, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, everything looks really rich. We had a great time there.

Parking is limited when unloading bags, and the owner’s instructions can make it uncomfortable when cars are waiting. There is an option to remove one of the fence bollards blocking access to the small turnaround at the end of the road, drive in, turn around, and unload without blocking others. This seems to be known mostly by neighbors and wasn’t mentioned by the owner.

The location is safe and all the neighborhoods and activities you want to see in Bilbao. The apartment is spotless and has everything you’d need for a wonderful stay. The host reached out prior to my arrival, giving me excellent directions and insights on things to do and places to eat.

Appartement calme, propre et facile d'accès. Instructions très claires et très detaillées pour accéder à l'appartement et au parking.

Localização, estrutura, facil comunicação

Apesar da casa ser ótima e a localização também, a casa precisa de uma manutenção. Paredes precisam ser pintadas, moveis precisam ser reavaliados (especialmente poltronas bambas e cadeiras com estofo muito sujo), a água não sai quente o suficiente na banheira.
