Vivaldi Center City

We loved the location. So central , easy to get to from airport - 3 metro stops within walking distance of the property ( pl. España, Xatavia and Angel Gulmera, but taxi to airport under €20. We loved the decor in the property - ideal for our stay ( 2 adults and 1 teenage son). The property was very clean and tidy - really light and everything we needed for our 5 day trip. Clean towels and basic toiletries provided , the kitchen had a fresh orange juicer which we used every morning to make freshly squeezed ( Valencian ) orange juice which was delicious, a kettle, coffee maker. We didn’t ever cook so can’t comment on the kitchen equipment but looked like all the basics were there. Little cosy lounge with access to Netflix/ TV . Bedrooms ( front bedroom had a window with shutters so lively natural light , back bedroom - good for a teenager)no natural light but a bit quieter although we only had 1 night where there was a bit of noise). We were greeted by Victoria, who handed us our keys and gave us a map and some really helpful orienteering tips with a map and some great tips for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The best food tips for us was Restaurante Camaleón ( C/ d'Albacete, 18, 46007 València, Valencia, Spain)- for 3 shared starters + amazing bread, a main and coffee or dessert for about €20- it was walking distance in a quiet residential area but we wouldn’t have found it without the recommendation. We also loved El Coso near the beach promenade for (Malvarrosa beach) for an amazing paella - another recommendation from Victoria. The paella in the neighboring La Marcelina was also great ! We had to leave the property at 10am on checkout day but found somewhere to store luggage near the main train station ( Estació del Nord) for €5 per piece all day).

As mentioned in previous reviews , the entrance to the property needs some attention as the entrance and stairwell needs some decorative repair but that was really not an issue for us - such a minor detail and is no reflection on the interior of the property.

Location was excellent. The apartment is very modern and minimalist. Good open space. Victoria who met us there was excellent. We had no issues at all. Beds comfortable.

The apartment is on the first floor. The entrance and stairs leading to it are not very nice. Slight smell of drains, which I know you get sometimes on the continent. One bedroom is internal with no window. Could have done with mirrors in the bedrooms.

Beautiful flat. Central location. Everything you need was there.
